Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for items purchased directly from TuleCore within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened software or digital content
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Return Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
