4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your gaming controller, mechanical keyboard, or headphones, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
  • Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The refund will include the full purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping charges. For defective or incorrect items, we will also refund the return shipping costs upon verification.
  • Exceptions: Digital products, if any, are non-refundable once delivered. Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
