Order Processing & Shipping Confirmation

After you place an order, our team typically processes it within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an automated email from [email protected] containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see this email within 48 hours of placing your order.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Locate Your Tracking Number – Find the 12–22 digit tracking number in your shipping confirmation email from [email protected].
  2. Use a Reliable Tracking Service – We recommend using 17Track, a free and trusted third-party tracking platform that supports over 700 carriers worldwide.
  3. Enter Your Tracking Number – Go to 17Track.net, paste your tracking number into the search bar, and click the “Track” button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display real-time updates.
  4. Monitor Your Shipment – 17Track provides detailed status updates, including departure scans, customs clearance, and delivery confirmation. You can also enable email or push notifications for major events.

What to Do If Tracking Shows No Updates

It is normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package. If no updates are visible after 3 business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. Our support team will investigate and provide a resolution within 24 hours.
